At Dico Copenhagen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to ensure they arrive safely.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your receipt until your refund is fully processed.
